The home Gym package includes
The Lift & Press Cable cross over system which comes with Two Commercial grade Nylon 11 cable, " anchor points pre-sewed onto the 150KG swivel Pulleys, " 17 Inch Olympic Loading Pins! (we have 1 inch pins also available for anyone using York style weight plates with a 1 Inch diameter) The cable Cross over also comes with a triceps attachment & 2 Hand grip attachments shown in the pictures above!
The landmine squeeze comes ready to work with all barbell specifications as the Heavy-duty Steel Core Rubber grip handles are Pre-sewn onto a heavy-duty Stainless Steel O-ring that simply slides over the barbell collar.
The Lift & Press Belt Squat consists of utilising the very versatile premium Webbing loading pin to hold work synergistically with our premium webbing belt to enable a dull range of motion deep Squat which does not place any significant amount of stress on the often fragile lower back region of the body. A really important benefit of the belt squat is that it allows an athlete to load the lower body without loading the spine or using the upper body, so it can be hugely useful for athletes with tricky backs and shoulders — even tight elbows can make the back squat problematic. Working load of 150KG and is made from the strongest webbing material currently on the market which makes it perfect for those belt squat loads!!
The Lift & Press Press Suspension straps are the next generation of suspension trainers as we are the first to include interchangeable attachments to the straps via the snap hooks provided! The kit works judt like your traditional suspension trainer however through the integration of a clip on clip off system you are able to change the grip attachments to any one you like!!! (like you amazing fat grip attachments! Or Tricep ropes etc) the system is Light and portable, the Suspension Training Kit lets you train anywhere, anytime. Perform over 50 different exercises, including pull, push, lunges, squats, rotations and planks, using more or less of your body weight simply by varying the exercise angle. The Suspension Training Kit includes the suspension strap with handles, suspension anchor, door anchor
The ABB strap also comes with the home gym pack to ensure you can hit every muscle from the comfort of your own home! Or garage... Or garden for that matter!! The ABB strap works perfectly with the cable system and allows you to realy squeeze and contract those abs via the tough nylon webbing which is long enough to wrap around when gripped!
Heavy Duty Snap clips are also provided to ensure everything is able to run smoothly no matter where you are or where you are setting the gym up!!!

Our Steel Wire Rope coated in Nylon 11 is a lot tougher than standard PVC coating. Nylon Coated is designed to be continuously run over sheaves and pulleys, making it the perfect option for all things fitness and is far better than the cheap pvc coated sold by others on eBay which can rip and tear easily under general use. The 7x19 flexible strand made with 1960 grade galvanised steel wire makes it ideal for continuous use while providing ultimate strength and tension when you need it.
