Gateway Classic Cars of Louisville is proud to present this 1994 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham! The Fleetwood nameplate has a long heritage with Cadillac. As its own model, however, that didn't occur until 1976. Naturally the Fleetwood line received the luxury options and ride quality you would expect and then some. The Fleetwoods were known for having an even larger wheelbase than even the Deville and Series 62. The line would see production all the way until 1996. This model is a '94 and she is sharp. The black paint with black vinyl top is a sharp combo and is in very nice shape. The heated tan leather interior looks very comfortable and is in good order, even has the internal phone. No visible cracks in the dash, car looks as if its spent time in a time capsule. Under the hood is a 350ci V8 mated to an automatic transmission. Current owner has had her for over a year and acquired from a private owner believed to be the original owner making this a stated 2-owner car. Carfax does support the claim. The title is clean and clear and ready to be transferred into your name now! The Carfax is clean save for what must have been a fender bender in 2009. No details on the report but 2009 would have made the car 15 years old at the time and anything significant probably would have totaled the car so we believe it was minor. Carfax does state "NO" under both sections for total loss and airbag deployment which helps confirm our thoughts. This car has clearly been well cared for and is ready for a good home. [ omitted ]. General Terms
AVAILABILITY
: We advertise our inventory across multiple websites. It is best practice to inquire about the advertised vehicle prior to purchasing in order confirm that it was not already sold. Vehicles may be sold prior to its eBay advertising ending, and we reserve the right to end advertising/listing early or to cancel any and all bids/offers solely at our discretion and shall not be held liable for any such cancellation.  In the event that a bidder has the winning bid or finalizes the buy it now price, but did not check availability and the vehicle was sold before a deposit and contracts were executed, then we are not liable nor responsible.
AS-IS WHERE-IS
: All vehicles are sold on an AS-IS WHERE-IS basis.  Having a third party inspection and addressing any concerns is recommended prior to purchase.  It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to verify all advertisements which shall include but not limited to options, accessories, and vehicle condition before time of sale.  If the purchaser chooses to waive an inspection, the AS-IS WHERE-IS is still enforced.  Any concerns will not be addressed post sale as the sale is final without cures or remedies.
PAYMENT
: We require a non-refundable ,000 deposit within 24 hours of offer being placed.  A deposit is a commitment to purchase and is applied towards the purchase price. The commitment to purchase is not contingent upon inspection, financing, or any other terms or conditions.
We require full payment within 7 days of offer acceptance, unless other arrangements are agreed to in writing.
If the deposit and/or full payment are not provided within said time frame, all vehicles will be relisted and transaction will be considered null and void.
We accept wire transfer (preferred), cashier's check, personal check (vehicle shipment will be delayed until check clears), ACH, credit cards (for the agreed deposit amount only and will incur a 3% fee), and in person cash payments. We also offer vehicle financing, please inquire for details prior to making bids/offers.  PayPal and American Express are not accepted.
VEHICLE RELEASE
: Signed purchase packet which shall include but not limited to the purchase contract, cleared payment in full, and a copy of your driver's license will be needed before the vehicle is released.
Fees and Taxes
All finalized transactions will have additional charges if applicable which could include the following: sales tax, title fees, license & registration fees, and other additional government or licensing agency charges to register the vehicle.  The purchaser is responsible for these charges.
The advertised price and winning auction bids
do not include a documentary fee of 7.63, which will be added to the sale price.
All credit cards are charged a 3% convenience fee.
